Petros P. Andreou

Chairman & CEO
Petros is a Diplomate Civil and Structural Engineer, BEng (Hons) from the University of Greenwich (U.K.) and he is a Professional Member of the Engineering Council (Chartered Engineer), a Member of the Cyprus Scientific Technical Chamber (ETEK), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE), a Fellow of the Association of Project Management (FAPM), a Fellow of the Association of Cost Engineers and a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mr. Petros Andreou is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Cyteco Group. Prior founding Cyteco Mr. Andreou worked with top international contractors in Africa, in Gulf area and in the Middle East and held a series of operational and leadership roles and executed successfully many infrastructure projects over one billion Euros worth.
During his 30 years career Mr. Andreou has overseen the construction of big and complicated projects in the Petrochemical and Oil Gas Industry in Africa which required high Engineering and Executive Management skills and played a key role in their organization from the commencement of the works, until the final completion. Under his leadership the company expanded its operations overseas and has undertaken major public and private projects. One of the projects executed (Ras Bufontas – Qatar) received the “Best project / Green project Award at the Global awards of ENR-Engineering News Records (12/2021)
Olympia S. Papamichael

Olympia is a Quantity Surveyor, BSc (Hons) graduated from the University of South Wales (U.K.) and she is also a Holder of an HND in Civil Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute (HTI) of Cyprus. She is a Member of the Scientific Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI, USA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mrs. Olympia Papamichael is the Commercial Director of Cyteco and she has served in management / leadership positions for more than 25 years in international organizations and she has eclectic professional experience in Real Estate, Constructing and Business in multimillion projects and developments.

Marios is Diplomate Mechanical Engineer, (MSc) from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary and he is a Professional Member of the Cyprus Scientific Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
Mr Marios Flouris is the Director of Cyteco, responsible for the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Division of the Group. Prior to joining Cyteco, he worked with first class international contractors in Africa and the Arab Gulf and he served in executive positions, been responsible for the management and execution of multi-million euro projects. He served as the Branch Manager of J&P (Oil & Gas) Ltd Libya, being the executive for the Oil and Gas projects. His experience covers the full spectrum of the Oil and Gas contracting operations (GOSPs, Pipelines, Storage Tanks & associated piping, equipment installation, Fire Fighting etc), from the tender stage, contact award, Design & Engineering, execution, completion of works and commissioning and maintenance.
